The site was formerly home to a large strip center. The store features a drive-thru pharmacy and significant landscaping on the exterior. Centerplan developed a 14,673 square-foot Rite Aid on Route 10 in Southington, Connecticut. Centerplan acquired and developed a unique, highly-visible property located at 500 Queen Street, the former home of Southington Chevrolet.
