The Gengras Medical Office Building at Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center is a very active patient care facility with ever-changing needs. To accommodate the demand for modernized care, Centerplan teamed with Saint Francis to complete four projects in the Gengras Building. In December 2011, Centerplan Construction Company LLC began its first project in an ongoing relationship with Saint Francis Hospital. The Blood Lab of Suite 3209 in the Gengras Building consisted of a full demolition scope, general interior fit-out, all-new MEP roughs and fixtures, draw stations, a centrifuge lab, and combination patient processing/office space.

Operating concurrently with the project in Saint Francis Hospitalís Suite 3209, the Centerplan Construction team also renovated the Neurology Suite 2102. Also a full demo and interior fit-out, Suite 2102 included large exam rooms with high level finishes, upper and lower cabinetry with full soffit wrappings, new MEP systems, and fire rated walls. Suites 2102 and 3209 were turned over to the hospital on the same week in February 2012.

In September 2012, Centerplan Construction completed construction on Suite 3201 in the Gengras Medical Office Building at Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center. Typical to all Saint Francis projects, acute finish details were required to furnish general office space, a telecommunications center, and two conference rooms, along with new entry door casings that matched the original existing building profiles dating back to early 20th century. In August 2012, Centerplan completed The Delphi Group Suite 4307 project: a 3,000 square foot tenant fit-out. From demolition to occupancy, all work was completed with active patient consideration. Suite 4307 includes a 360-degree digital imaging x-ray machine with intricate electrical requirements, high level finished, extensive millwork, recessed working stations, exam rooms, offices, and casting rooms, all with full MEP upgrades and integrations.
